Shipping & Returns
Order Fulfillment
Each piece is unique and will be shipped by the artist within 10 working days of order confirmation. All orders are securely shipped with PostNL or DHL, with insurance coverage up to €500.
Please ensure that your delivery address is secure. Gallery Van Schaijck is not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the address specified in your order.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If a shipping option is not available for your region, please reach out to us at ateliervanschaijck@gmail.com with the following information:
- List of items you’d like to purchase
- Your full shipping address
- Your contact telephone number
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs delays are outside our control; we suggest contacting your local customs office for more information. Orders refused due to customs fees will incur charges for both outgoing and return shipping.
Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and notify us immediately at ateliervanschaijck@gmail.com. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims after this period. We will work with the carrier to process the insurance claim on your behalf.
Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of our curated pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for ceramics, artwork, or custom items.

Inventory Availability
Our website is regularly updated; however, availability is not guaranteed until an order is processed. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you and offer a full refund or store credit for the unavailable item(s).
